Volunteer Guidelines

Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church follows the Safe Environment program for employees and volunteers who work in the Archdiocese of Atlanta. This includes, but is not limited to, school personnel, parish employees, Catholic Center employees, and ALL volunteers in the Archdiocese.

• All volunteers must complete a Volunteer Application regardless of ministry or service.
• Minors (children under 18 years of age) must complete the Volunteer Application for Minors.
• Volunteers working with children and/or vulnerable individuals must complete a full Volunteer Packet.

You may find all applicable forms HERE. Please complete and return all sheets to the Church Office so that we may perform a screening according to the regulations of the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

All screenings are valid for five years and allow the applicant to volunteer at any parish or school within the Archdiocese of Atlanta. All information is kept confidential.
